My Story Here:
A friend of mine had great success with Iron90. She explained what the Iron90 System was, and suggested I give it a try.

MY "MUST DO" Moment:
It took stepping on the scale and realizing I weighed the same in December 2007 as I did the week before I gave birth to my son.

I've never been a person to work out. My theory was that as long as my clothes fit and I felt good, it was no big deal. Now my clothes were no longer fitting, and I didn't want to let my weight/body get out of control. About that time, the email from Iron90 offering gift certificates was delivered to my inbox.

Full Time, All the Time:
Still a bit apprehensive, I asked my husband to purchase the gift certificate as my Christmas present. Like most of us, I have a very busy schedule; I teach high school, work late and then come home to my husband and two kids. I didn't have time for a gym. My friend assured me I could make Iron90 work for me.

Simple, At Home, Online:
I began in January 2008. Being a computer junkie, the online program was a great tool and motivator! I did the core exercises when I woke up and the cardio at work on a stationary bike during my prep hour. My husband and friends were great support, as was the Iron90 staff. The emails were great and they quickly answered any question I had.

90 Day: -20 Lbs. -7% Body Fat:
At the end of Iron90 Phase I, I've lost 20 pounds, 7% body fat, and 4.5 inches from my waist. All the fitness measurements have improved. I am now addicted to my heart rate monitor, ha ha!

Success Tips:
Keys to my success have included planning and packing my food for the day, and faithfully tracking everything in my Meal Journal.

People who hadn't seen me since last summer are blown away by my success. I tell them about Iron90 and that they too can see success!
